Application: Consultance

Users, especially those of complex software packages, are often willing to pay for consultance.

Also, some home users are willing to pay for remote system administration. A problem, of course, is that one may not want to give strangers complete access to one's system. Some solutions:

• One may communicate with the stranger via video chat.
• One may give access only to people that one highly trusts, e.g. because one knows them already, one trusts in their certificates, or one trusts in their good reputation.

It could be an interesting experiment to set up a chat system where people can pledge micropayments for quick answers.
